This hotel is a hidden gem nestled in the beautiful Vosges mountains. The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean, with attention to detail evident in the lovely wood furnishings. The location is perfect, just a short stroll from the village and surrounded by breathtaking scenery. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, making us feel right at home.
No major issues, just a minor suggestion for improvement.

Staff kind and helpful. Nice pool. Clean saunas. Lovely standard room. Beautiful wood. Spacious and clean. Nice bathroom with rainforest shower. Relaxing couple of days. Good restaurant. Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent food. First-class facilities.
No negatives from this place.

We stayed in a standard room with beautiful wood and a super nice bathroom with a rainforest shower head. the hotel is located in the beautiful Vosges mountains with easy access to nearby villages by a tunnel. the personnel was very friendly and eager to help. the restaurant served excellent food and there was a great one in the village as well. the hotel also had a wonderful spa area and pool.
The hotel might not be suitable for families with young kids.

I loved the amazing pool and the great wellness facilities of this hotel. The location in the beautiful Vosges mountains was also a plus, and the hotel's cleanliness was impressive. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, making my stay much more enjoyable.

The spa and swimming pool facilities were nice and warm, which was great as it was cold outside. the New Year's Eve dinner was good and lively, with good portions and drinks on offer. the nearby town had good views of the surrounding mountains, which we liked.
The room had a musty smell that didn't go away. the staff could have been friendlier, especially when we asked them to change the linens, which looked a bit dirty.

Room was clean and nicely designed with a good shower. In spite of the hotel's central location, it was quiet at night. The hotel is located near several key attractions and the staff was polite.
The price was high for such a simple room. The breakfast was basic and could use some variety.
